Annual Walleye survey results and on-line survey form

This is the 3rd annual report of surveying the walleye catch from Baptiste Lake. A copy is being sent to all that completed a survey in each year. In 2002 , more than 200 survey forms were taken from the boxes. To date, 23 anglers completed forms and returned them to us.

From the fall of 1999 to the fall of 2003 about 12000 Walleye fall fingerlings (6" to 8") have been released into Baptiste. We require feedback from fishermen to determine if the stocked fish are being caught and, generally develop a picture of the quality of walleye fishing in Baptiste.
